JOB TITLE: Customer Support Representative/ Warehouse Assistant
LOCATION: San Diego, CA 92154
COMPENSATION: $20/+ Hourly
TYPE: Part-Time (Hybrid)
PAY STRUCTURE: Monthly Contractor
HOURS: M-F: 9am - 1pm (PST)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for a detail oriented and organized part-time individual who is capable of split work between our warehouse and at home customer service. The primary role of this position is to provide customer service by answering customer requests, warranties, exchanges and returns. The secondary role is to help receive shipments, organize inventory and process orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support customer inquiries regarding warranties, exchanges and returns.
- Serve customers by providing product information.
- Respond to company emails in a timely manner.
- Complete daily shipping and receiving tasks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a precise and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior customer service, warehouse or retail experience
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving
- Positive in person and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 40 lbs)
