+ PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST

About the Role:
CRBN is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to elevate our product line by connecting with consumers to drive brand success. In this role, you will enhance CRBN by educating customers on our technical product offering online, social media, and in-person at local, regional and national events. If you are an up-and-coming creative or athlete interested in working in the paintball industry, we urge you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the curation and implementation of daily social media posting
- Continually maintain online brand awareness and product education through engagement across CRBN social and other digital platforms
- Support Sales team with in-person product marketing by traveling to local, regional and national events
- Resolve product inquiries through email and translate valuable information to customer inquiries online or in-person
- Assist in the creation and design of digital assets, including email.com, social, webpages, and digital ads
Requirements:
- Passion for and understanding the competitive paintball market, digital landscape, and the event culture around it
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
- Strong computer skills and proven ability to adapt to an ever-changing software environment
- Interpersonal skills too collaborative with internal Sales and Product teams to marketing externally to dealers, teams, and customers.
- Willingness to travel to events
Software Knowledge:
Sales & Marketing
- Shopify and POS
- Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
- CRM with Hubspot
- Microsoft Office Suites & G Suites
- Meta and Google payed advertisments
- AdRoll Targeting Advertisimetns
Creative & Content
- Adobe CC, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Email clients Hubspot or Mailerlite
- Shogun webdesign application
- Google Drive and Data Storage
- Video editing is a plus
