RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

If your online purchase doesn’t fit properly it may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) - excludes international orders. All return and or exchange products MUST be in NEW condition with tags and accompanied by the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return freight and CRBN will assume the exchanged product shipping.

NOTE: All clearance item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (noted on Product Page). No returns or exchanges may be made on promotional or free products/ gifts.

REFUND POLICY

You may return your online order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) - excludes international orders. To receive a full refund all products MUST be in NEW condition with tags and accompanied by the original packaging. Refunds are processed in the same form as the original payment. Customers are responsible for paying return freight and CRBN will assume the exchanged product shipping. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded with a CRBN eGift Card.

PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process from the arrival date at our facility. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued an exchange or refund. Refunds may take 7 business days for your refund to post depending on your original form of payment.

RETURNS FOR DEALER / STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made through any of our authorized retailers can ONLY be returned to the original seller. Our Customer Service team is only able to verify and accept returns for items purchased from CRBNpaintball.com or CRBN event booths.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded with a CRBN eGift Card. If an item is purchased and marked as a gift (check box at check out) the order may only be returned or exchanged with the value of the gift being transferred to a CRBN eGift Card. Once the returned item is received, an online gift certificate will be sent via email. If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and is in need of a refund the original gift giver will be notified of the as the original payment will be refunded via their payment method.

SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for Return, Exchange and Warranty Claim shipping (unless noted otherwise by a customer service representative). Shipping costs directly from the website via carriers are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange and or refund. All international order returns, warranty and exchanges are subject to shipping costs, duties and customs fees at the customers expense.

IMPORTANT: If shipping an item with a retail value of $100 or more, CRBN recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Carbon is NOT liable for lost packages.

All packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All packages without an RMA Number will be refused and returned to sender.
