Certain conditions and exclusions may apply. Modified or altered products are not covered by warranty. Issues past 30 days are handled case by case via customer service.
NOTE: All packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All packages without an RMA Number will be refused and returned to sender.

Warranty does NOT cover the following issues:
- Improper product care, damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Failure to observe care instructions.
- Rips, cuts or tears from abrasive surfaces
- Normal product wear and tear including cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, fading or discoloration).
- Modification or alteration to products including removed or defaced logos, date codes, or tags.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers/ dealers or pre-owned/ used products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for warranty claims unless authorized differently by a customer service representative. CRBN operates in the US and therefore customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties & customs fees.
IMPORTANT: If shipping an item with a retail value of $100 or more, CRBN recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CRBN is NOT liable for lost packages.
