WELCOME TO YOUR NEW DRV
Thank you for choosing DRV. This page is your starting point for learning how to use and care for your device. Explore guides on the display, menu navigation, settings, cleaning, lid replacement, charging, and other essential features to help you get the most from your DRV.
QUICK START
OPENING YOUR DRV
Inside the loader case, you'll find everything you need to get started:
- DRV Loader
- USB-C Charging Cable
- Interchangeable Rain Lid
POWER ON
Your DRV arrives with a partial battery charge (approximately 75%), so it's ready to use right out of the box.
To power on the loader, press and hold the orange button located below the rear display until the screen turns on.
LEARN YOUR DISPLAY
Understand how to use your DRV with confidence by first understanding what the icons and indicators mean using this example of the loader's main screen:
1. Main Menu: When on the loader’s main screen, this icon appears in the upper-right corner. Press and hold the upper-right gray button to access the main menu, where you can adjust settings and view additional software information.
2. Battery Life: Displays the current battery level in 25% increments (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%).
3. Force Setting: Displays the current force level of your loader. It can be adjusted from 1–5. The default setting is 3. Higher settings increase motor torque, resulting in greater force output.
4. Game Clock: Displays the current game time, showing either the set start time or the remaining time once the clock has started.
HOW TO ADJUST YOUR MENU SETTINGS
The video below guides you through how to adjust settings and view additional software information.

ASSEMBLING THE MAIN BODY
IMPORTANT TIP
The images below illustrate the correct and incorrect alignment of the two halves of the main body (tray). Use these examples to verify that the tray is properly assembled and securely fastened. The incorrect examples highlight a common assembly error where the tab on the bottom half of the tray is not fully seated in the corresponding slot on the top half. Below the images is a quick guide video showing how to correctly assemble the two halves of the main body (tray).

IMPORTANT TIPS
AVOID OVERPACKING THE LOADER
For best feeding performance, turn the loader on before loading paint. This allows the loader to pre-load the ball stack and raceway before use.
- Power on the loader first
- Load paintballs into the hopper
- Allow the loader to pre-load the stack automatically
- Avoid forcing additional paint into the shell or overfilling the loader
Overpacking the loader can restrict paint movement and negatively affect feeding performance.
FORCE SETTING
We recommend using Force Level 3 for most tournament paint and nearly all styles of play. It provides the ideal balance of reliable feeding and gentle ball handling for the vast majority of playing conditions. Leave this setting at Level 3 unless you experience a feeding issue that requires adjustment.
CLEANING AND DISASSEMBLING
Always power off the loader before cleaning, servicing, or disassembling any part of the loader. This helps prevent accidental operation and protects both the loader and its internal components during maintenance.
CHARGING YOUR DRV
The DRV Loader charges through its USB-C charging port using a USB-C cable connected to a wall power source.
During charging, the charging indicator light will illuminate red. Once the battery reaches a full charge, the indicator light will turn off. This is normal and indicates that charging is complete.
The battery level displayed on the loader is shown in 25% increments (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%).
A fully depleted battery typically requires approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to reach a full charge when connected to a standard wall outlet and appropriate USB power adapter.
